Researchers compared clinical features of Crohn's disease in 117 patients with orofacial granulomatosis to those without it, and assessed treatment responses to biological and JAK inhibitor therapies. Orofacial granulomatosis was linked to earlier disease onset, more extensive bowel involvement, and modest remission rates across multiple advanced therapies, with higher drug levels associated with better outcomes.
