Treatment of Epulis Fissuratum Using an In Situ Harvested Free Gingival Graft: A Case Series and Literature Review.

Two patients with epulis fissuratum caused by denture irritation underwent surgical removal and vestibuloplasty using free gingival grafts harvested from their own lesion tissue, with both cases showing satisfactory healing and adequate keratinised mucosa at follow-up.
