Oral Health-Related Quality of Life by Age and Gender: A Cross-Sectional Study of Home-Dwelling Older Adults.

Home-dwelling Swedish adults aged 65–85 were surveyed to compare oral health-related quality of life across age and gender groups. Women in older age brackets and men aged 75–79 reported fewer oral health impacts on daily activities than the youngest group, with poorer general health, lower income and irregular dental care associated with greater impacts.
