Unusual Cardiac Metastasis from Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Case Report and Literature Review.

A case of tongue cancer with heart metastasis and review of 70 similar cases showed that cardiac spread from oral squamous cell carcinoma is rare, typically occurs in middle-aged male smokers months after diagnosis, and carries extremely poor prognosis with median survival of one month.
