A systematic review of 24 studies involving over 3000 implants found that the hydraulic pressure sinus floor elevation technique achieved a 98.40% implant survival rate, with low sinus membrane perforation (2.05%) and other complications (0.49%), and produced an average bone gain of 6.72 mm.
