FSTL3-Driven Cuproptosis Resistance and EPCs Promote OSCC Metastasis

Researchers identified FSTL3 as a key driver of oral cancer spread to lymph nodes through two mechanisms: helping cancer cells resist a form of cell death and suppressing immune responses by recruiting immunosuppressive cells. Blocking FSTL3 combined with immunotherapy showed promise in preventing metastasis.
