Multiancestral GWAS of Dental Malocclusion Identifies Multiple Risk Loci

Researchers analysed genetic data from over 3,400 participants across five countries and identified four genetic regions associated with different types of dental malocclusion, with two regions showing particularly strong associations for class II malocclusion and multiplanar malocclusion.
