Dental traumatology : official publication of International Association for Dental Traumatology · Avci B, Zelcek HT, Onur M · 2026-07-29

Researchers compared parents of children with and without tooth injuries, finding that parents who scored higher on a risk-tolerance scale were less likely to have children with traumatic dental injuries; however, the study design prevents determining whether this reflects a protective effect or other factors.
