Researchers compared two techniques for treating decay in baby teeth: using a minimally invasive gel to remove decay followed by either osmotic or composite resin filling. The composite resin approach reduced treatment time, shortened functional recovery, improved periodontal outcomes, decreased pain, and achieved higher overall treatment success.
