Researchers compared eggshell powder, Biodentine, and mineral trioxide aggregate as pulpotomy materials in primary molars across 30 children over 12 months. While eggshell powder showed promise initially, it performed worse than the other materials at 12 months, with higher rates of pain, mobility, and root resorption.
