A patient with genetically confirmed MMP2-associated nodulosis-arthropathy-osteolysis syndrome showed progressive bilateral temporomandibular joint remodeling on serial panoramic radiographs over eight years, including condylar flattening and glenoid fossa changes, despite relatively mild symptoms and no medication-related osteonecrosis despite long-term bisphosphonate therapy.
