A cross-sectional study of 545 Iranian men found that oral health may act as an intermediary pathway between andropause symptoms and quality of life, with education providing some protective buffering effect. Three distinct oral health profiles emerged, with men experiencing xerostomia and mucosal lesions reporting the lowest quality of life.
