Molar incisor hypomineralisation in relation to fat-soluble vitamin status and intestinal permeability in children with celiac disease.

Children with celiac disease showed significantly higher rates of molar incisor hypomineralisation compared to healthy controls, with severity correlated to lower vitamin K2 and vitamin D levels. Zonulin, vitamin K2, and vitamin D demonstrated potential as markers for identifying celiac disease in children.
