Marginal and Internal Adaptation of Crowns Fabricated on Models From Digital and Conventional Impressions: An In Vitro Study.
Researchers compared how well crowns made from three materials fitted when fabricated on models created from either conventional or digital impressions. Lithium disilicate crowns on 3D-printed models from digital impressions showed the best fit, while all crowns remained within clinically acceptable gap limits.
