Three-Dimensional Palatal Morphology and Obstructive Sleep Apnea Severity in Children with Unilateral Cleft Lip and Palate: A CBCT Study.
Children with unilateral cleft lip and palate and obstructive sleep apnea showed reduced palatal dimensions on 3D imaging, with palatal volume being independently associated with apnea severity.
