The effects of cyanoacrylate and concentrated growth factor on wound healing and patient comfort at the palatal donor site: a randomized controlled clinical trial.

Concentrated growth factor reduced initial pain and accelerated healing at palatal donor sites after free gingival grafts compared to standard haemostatic treatment, while cyanoacrylate showed mixed results between the two.
