Effects of Immediate Dentin Sealing and Quercetin on the Fracture Strength of Ceramic Inlays in Premolars of Daibetics.

Researchers compared immediate versus delayed dentin sealing, with or without quercetin pretreatment, on ceramic inlay fracture strength in teeth from diabetic and non-diabetic individuals. Immediate sealing improved strength in both groups, while quercetin benefited only diabetic teeth, with combined approaches showing greatest benefit in diabetics.
