Impact of Preparation Thickness and Restorative Material on the Marginal Fit of CAD-CAM Complete Crowns.

Conventional-thickness tooth preparations produced better marginal fit than ultrathin preparations for CAD-CAM crowns, though material choice mattered only with ultrathin designs, where feldspathic ceramic and resin composite performed better than ceramic alternatives.
