Oral Health of Patients With Inflammatory Bowel Disease-A Cross-Sectional Survey in Austria.

This survey of 327 Austrian IBD patients found that approximately one-quarter had fewer than 20 teeth and one-third had severe periodontitis, with Crohn's disease patients reporting worse oral health-related quality of life than those with ulcerative colitis.
