Researchers interviewed 55 German healthcare stakeholders to identify barriers and facilitators in delivering oral care to functionally impaired older adults living at home. They found that improved interprofessional collaboration, reimbursement reform, caregiver training, and care coordination are needed to enhance oral health services for this population.
