Mechanical and Surface Behavior of Contemporary Restorative Materials Exposed to Topical Hemostatic Agents After Artificial Aging: An In Vitro Study.
Researchers tested how three hemostatic agents affected the strength and surface texture of three pediatric restorative materials after artificial aging. Composite resin showed superior fracture resistance and smoother surfaces than other materials, while tranexamic acid and Ankaferd preserved properties better than ferric sulfate.
