Dentists' Knowledge and Clinical Practice Regarding Splinting After Dental Trauma: A Guideline-Based Cross-Sectional Study.
A questionnaire of 214 dentists assessed their knowledge of International Association of Dental Traumatology guidelines for splinting traumatised teeth. Pediatric dentists and endodontists showed higher guideline knowledge than general dentists, and those relying on colleague consultation rather than guidelines had lower scores.
