Journal of esthetic and restorative dentistry : official publication of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry ... [et al.] · da Silva JA, de Jesus Gomes L, Gonçalves IMC, Rischka K, Lima DANL · 2026-10-23

Researchers evaluated how adding calcium polyphosphate submicroparticles to toothpastes affected enamel properties after bleaching with 35% hydrogen peroxide. Toothpaste containing Colgate Total 12 with added calcium polyphosphate showed improved enamel microhardness compared to the same paste without it, though surface roughness increased similarly across all groups after bleaching.
